Roller-skates and In-line skating in Almere

Almere is great for road skating with all its traffic free zones, asphalt or concrete paths – just glorious for skating safely! Almere really does have a lot to offer skaters!

The extensive level path network through lovely areas in and around the town are well-liked and renowned in and around the whole province. There are even skate workshops and organised tours to follow – great for company outings too! VVV Almere has various skate maps and there are signposted routes of differing lengths. Almere's most well known skate parks are in the Beatrix Park in Stad, and in Buiten, opposite Oostvaarders train station. They have something for everyone really. Beatrix Park for instance has three 'pools', a snake run, some rails, benches and kerbs, and a pyramid. It really is well worth going a skate run in Almere!
