Villas built in light-blonde brick are ranged along a street in the shape of a Roman arena. The houses are coupled along the longer sides, and are detached at the rounded ends of the street. The field in the middle of the loop contains semidetached homes. The different types of house share a vary similar ground plan. One side wall is slightly curved. Ample daylight enters the houses through large windows and a skylight. The upper and lower floors are linked by a double-height atrium in the middle of the house.
